Keeping my fingers crossed!

DH and I made an offer on a house in late May. It's a short sale, so we knew it could take time. Just found out that our offer is in underwriting/processing and there are NO other offers and they are NOT showing the house anymore! It is perfect for us, and we love it!!

Not to mention our offer was less than half of what the current owners paid for it in 2004. How sad, KWIM??

    I totally love it, so I really really hope they don't counter offer. I hope they just take what we offered!

    DH and I are so creepy too, we drove past it the other day really slowly just to look at it.?

    That's not creepy at all...it's fun! I never understood why they call them a short sale when they take so dang long. We just found out our good friends got the house they have been hoping for. Short sale...finally approved. SO happy for them. It's exciting!
