How the heck do you get the projector to play? I've had this thing for quite some time but, I lost the manual and cannot figure out how to get the pictures to rotate?

put the disc in the slot and then push up on the blue part.

I've tried that but the picture doesn't move. Either I don't wait long enough for it to move or mine is defective.

It's probably defective. We're on #2 and the projector has stopped on this one too. BB&B will exchange it if you want!
