Mine went from a full C to a full D in the first week... seriously. They've stopped now, I think, though. At least the D is still fitting without yet making a Double-Boob situation.
I refuse to buy any clothes until absolutely necessary. I stay at home most of the day so I'll just wear one of DH's ribbed tank tops under whatever I have on, no bra. If I have to go somewhere I'll put on a top with built in support or a sports bra under my shirt.
I am a D, and so far those are still working. But my breasts are feeling larger and I may get a sports bra to sleep in. If the girls get much bigger, I'll be needing a larger bra.
Mine started getting bigger right away too. I went from a C to a D, but I don't think I have grown much since the first few weeks. I finally broke down and bought a few new bras yesterday. Victoria's Secret has 40% off most of their bras, so I got a good deal.
I think mine have still steadily been increasing in size. A couple of weeks ago they jumped up, but I am still wearing my same bras. I was thinking of getting a few cheap ones in case they keep getting bigger. Walmart here I come ;-)

Becareful of sagging, I was advised to get some of the sleeping bras to wear, I got mine from Motherhood, then come in S, M, L, etc. I got two sizes because you can nurse in them as well. But I wouldn't walk around all day without a bra.

Thanks for the responses. Unfortunately (or fortunately), I started as a D and now my bras are veeeeery snug. I am going into new territory here!
I have to dress professionally every day -- I might have to go the sports bra route early!
