What would you do

in 2nd Trimester
I found a job that is very close to my home and I have a ton of expirence the only problem is it for a bartending position. It is at a resturant so its not like I would be working until 3am or anything. I know its a long shot and they are probably going to realize I am preg right away. Do you think I should even bother? Its a new place so they arent even open yet. I was thinking maybe they would at least tell me to come back after the baby. I dont know just trying anything at this point.

    If I didn't have a job and needed the money, I'd take it. After a few weeks, when they see how awesome you are at it, discuss your pregnancy with them and see if they will work with you. If not, at least you'll get paid for a few months, right?

    It can't hurt at this point. I would be upfront with them about being pregnant and just let them know you would like to work as long as you can and plan to come back after the baby is born. Hopefully, they don't allow smoking in that restaurant.

    I am in NJ no smoking in any resturant or bar .

    If you need the job, give it a shot.  I got offered a job at 5 months pregnant a couple of years ago, so not everybody is afraid to hire pregnant women.

    Boobs will help! I think being prego will be an advantage for you especially from the tip perspective and drunk people. Do it girl do it!
