    I voted for the breast lift and tummy tuck, but I would throw some botox in there too for good measure.

    I would definitely consider getting breast reconstruction surgery, but am not sure I'll end up wanting to spend the $ on it.

    I have always wanted a breast reduction, but I didn't see the point until we finished having kids. So, I told DH I don't care about the cost. After our last kid I want a reduction/lift. I would love a size C.

    I had a boob job 10 yrs ago and now they actually look much more nat'l after having D. I am thinking I look old now so I'm really intersted in a filler (botox, etc.)?? Only bad thing is, they dont last & I'm not about to add another bill to my crazy budget!

    If my boobs don't go back down to a C once we're done having kids, I'll get a breast reduction because they hurt my back -- DH and I have already discussed this. I'd love to have a tummy tuck too if I could, but I'll take the necessity first.

    I am going to get a tummy.  After DD my tummy had a large pouch.  I lost all of my weight and then some and worked out my core but it was still there.  Even my OB made a comment during my c/s.

    I voted not for me, b/c the only ps I would consider is a breast reduction (by consider, I mean DIE FOR!). I'll take my flabby belly any day :)

    i never thought i'd consider plastic surgery- until i got pg with twins.

    almost 4w PP I don't look as bad as i though I would.  Once i can start to exercise again we'll see how things go... but i'm totally up for a tummy tuck at this moment- and probably a boob lift, too.  DH is cool with me doing it - said I can have his bonus money for it in a couple years - when the boys are big enough i wouldn't have to lift them (for recovery).
