  Google "clean potato salad" It gets rave reviews everywhere I take it. We also like "lemon horseradish new potatoes" from allrecipes.com.

  And you can't go wrong with sliced red potatoes, onion, olive oil, salt and pepper in a foil packet on the grill!

  What is it going with? What kind ot potato?

  I make them escalloped, augratin, roasted with garlic and rosemary, as french fried (oven baked), twice baked, potato salad...whatever you want.
