When did you get your BRU registry completion coupon? I still haven't received mine.

I went in and asked for one. They have a way to track if you've used it or not, so they can give you one in the store.

I still hadn't recieved mine as of this week either. So I e-mailed BRU and they sent me an e-mail back today saying that they were sending it in the mail and to expect it in the next week.

They're typically sent out about 2 weeks after the due date you entered on your registry. Did you move your due date up to get it sooner?

I still haven't received mine. I know someone on here said they just went in and asked for it and the BRU lady gave it to her, even though she was like 4 weeks away from her EDD. I wish I would've tried that because we spent like $400 buying the rest of the stuff we needed that we didn't get at the shower - I didn't want to take the chance that I'd have the baby before the coupon came, but it sure would've been nice to have it when we spent that money!

Call and ask them to send you one. ?That's what I had to do. ?Although when I finally received it, it didn't have a code to use online, so I had to call back and have them place the order over the phone and then deduct 10%. That was a PITA, but it still leaves me with the original coupon that I can use in the store

Are you sure you'll be able to use it in store? In your case they may have messed up since you ordered by phone, but my sister was only able to use hers in store OR online, not both... ??

Not all stores have them in the store. We went in because we'd heard they did and they looked at us like we were nuts. They said it would emailed 2 weeks before the due date and were so incredibly rude in general that we refuse to go back. We finished our shopping at Target and Amazon.

I went in and asked for mine. If you do that just be aware that you have to use it that day (and I was told you couldn't use it both online and in-store but...) so make sure you're at a nicely stocked BRU.
