Must quit cleaning...

My parents are coming this week and I'm furiously cleaning. They're just hypercritical and I'm sure they're going to say something about the baby stuff being everywhere and I'm going to lose it. Can't you tell that I'm SO EXCITED about their visit? UGH.

Must stop cleaning, I need to wake Trig and get him to eat. He's a sleepy boy today!

    I know what you mean. My family is not even critical, and I go crazy cleaning the house every time someone comes to visit me. My husband hates it. The good thing about it is that it is a reason for it to get done, and we get to enjoy a clean house afterwards. Hope your visit goes better than you expect!

    I hope they understand that it's not easy to keep a clean house when there is a baby around!!

    Hopefully they'll realize that babies need lots of stuff and having it laying around is inevitable.  Though I figure I'll feel the same way when people come over once the babies get here (I already kind of feel it because we already have so much baby stuff around the house).
