WTH happened!?

I woke up and had to run to the toilet, all I can taste in my mouth is the bile that's ready to come up at any given second. 

My calves are ready to cramp up if I move at all.  So, running to the toilet should be fun. 

Peyton was awake ALL night!  Dh felt her outside for the first time on the 5th and last night she was kicking REALLY hard so he felt her for a little while.  Everytime I woke up though, she was awake.  I didn't feel her at all during the day yesterday.  I guess she spent all night kicking my stomach and now it's churning like their's no tomorrow. 

 Also I just found out the hospital my dr is affiliated with has NO sort of NICU.  With me having a placental abruption Friday night, I am now worried that I should probably switch doctor's and go to the other hospital in town.  It has a level 3 nicu and level 1 trauma center. 

 

DD1(4):VSD & PFO (Closed!), Prenatal stroke, Mild CP, Delayed pyloric opening/reflux, Brachycephaly & Plagiocephaly, Sacral lipoma, Tethered spinal cord, Compound heterozygous MTHFR, Neurogenic bladder, Urinary retention & dyssynergia, incomplete emptying, enlarged Bladder with Poor Muscle Tone, EDS-Type 3. Mito-Disorder has been mentioned

DD2(2.5): Late term premie due to PTL, low fluid & IUGR, Reflux, delayed visual maturation, compound heteroygous MTHFR, PFAPA, Bilateral kidney reflux, Transient hypogammaglobulinemia, EDS-Type 3

    I would go to the other hospital, but it sucks that you can't keep your doctor.  Having a NICU would be a good idea because don't gals with placental abruption deliver early sometimes?

     And I love your girls name!

    1) Sounds like acid reflux

    2) try eating a banana (or 4) and drinking plenty of water

    3) yay for DH feeling Peyton!  How exciting!

    4) I personally would change Drs ASAP.

    Yes, this is my fear.  While the NICU hospital is only 10 mins away.  In my mind, those 10 mins in transport could be life or death for a preemie depending on the circumstances.  If it were to happen again, and I couldn't stop bleeding they would have to do an emergency c-section.

    I disagree. It depends how you feel about your dr. You can remain under his/her care and still deliver somewhere else if need be and that decision doesn't have to be made immediately. Also, if you deliver somewhere without an NICU, you can still be transferred to one if necessary, hopefully that won't be an issue for you anyhow.

    Sorry you are having such a rough time but how exciting for DH to be feeling the LO.

    ETA: I didn't see your above post regarding your nerves on transferring, so you can ignor that part :)
