I'm measuring ahead...are you?

I just got back from my 34 week appointment today and I'm now measuring 4 weeks ahead. Doctor is sending me for a growth ultrasound to see if it is the baby, excess amniotic fluid, or just related to my short stature. I am 5'3'' and had been measuring 3 weeks ahead since week 26 but now they are wanting to get some more information. Any of you ladies experience something similar?

Yup. I started measuring ahead around 35 weeks but it hasn't been more than 2 weeks ahead so no growth ultrasound.

I've measured 2-4 weeks ahead all along based on both ultrasound measurements and belly measurements. I've got another ultrasound next week to see what the status is.

I was measuring 1 week ahead since my 20 week ultrasound, but my doctor said she wouldn't change my due date over it or anything.

At 30 weeks I was measuring at 32. My doc didn't seem phased at all and said we'll see where were at next time b/c measuring ahead two weeks is fairly common... that changes when you are measuring 3 weeks ahead or more.

I am measuring 3 weeks ahead. I had an ultrasound last week and everything appears to be good. They just said that they are going to keep an eye on it.

I am measuring 3 weeks ahead, so they sent me for a growth u/s last week. All was well with the baby, she is measuring spot on and nothing else is abnormal either.

I am measuring 4 weeks ahead, LO is already estimated to be 8lbs!

Yup...I had been measuring 4 weeks ahead since about 20 weeks. I have had 2 growth ultrasounds since then (the last one being at 32 weeks). I have another growth u/s scheduled for next Wednesday. At my appointment last week, I was measuring 5 weeks ahead.

Yep, I'm all of a sudden measuring about 2 weeks ahead, so I had my growth u/s yesterday. Baby's just big, and everything else seemed normal. But I won't have my doctor's official opinion about it all until my appointment next week.

I'm 28 weeks but measuring 36 weeks. The doctor is not concerned as it's mostly attributed to my carrying twins.

I am 30 weeks and am measuring 40 weeks. I have had growth u/s's before they came back normal.

This is my second baby, though, and measuring from the outside isn't always accurate. What does suck is being 24 weeks pregnant and already having a baby in your ribs...no fun.

Anyway, I began measuring head at 20 weeks. Hope all works our for you.

I have been measuring ahead since week 20. I did have extra amniotic fluid from weeks 20-35. It suddenly went back to normal at week 35- I was happy and left with a 8lb baby. I hope everything works out.

I've been measuring 4-5 weeks ahead and in the 97th percentile since about 30 weeks.
