Just got off the phone with my RE

I go in for b/w and u/s tomorrow morning to figure out where AF is. He ordered a beta as well... LMAO!! He said it was a possibility. I snorted in a rather unladylike fashion. He laughed at me.

So more than likely it will be back on provera to bring on AF and then onto my treatment cycle! Woot! He wants to do a saline sonogram to figure out what the little irregularity in my ute is. He thought it was a polyp at the HSG but now wants to have a closer look-see.

Then back on the gonal-f and with a bit of luck a BFP sometime soon after that. It's almost scary how positive I am about this right now. I feel good.

Hold thumbs for me ladies. I'm a gettin' back on the IF pony!!

I have had polyps in the past....and then removed by hysteroscopy. It was not a big deal at all. The scariest part was being put under (but i don't know if every doc does that???)

In fact, i go for surgery 8/5 to get the area cleaned up again. I don't know that i have a polyp per se, but they want to clean it out and make a nice place for an embie to snuggle in.

My RE explained it to me like this, to a tiny embie, a polyp can look like mt. everest, and block where it wants to implant.
