Wtf is wrong with people?

DH and a neighbor went golfing and when they got back DH asked me to try to pop his back. He's had a messed up back for awhile and golfing only makes it worse. Well, about 10 minutes later I overheard our neighbor, who is a physician's assistant in the airforce, giving DH a list of drugs that he can get him without a prescription. He was so lax about it too saying,
"Yeah, if you're sore I have access to everything."

Vicodin, hydrocordone, etc.... (it was a long list)

DH looked shocked and said no thanks, but wtf, seriously?

Thanks for offering my husband narcotics that he doesn't need you douchbag.

People disgust me.

    Is it possible to report something like that? Or is that one of those fine lines between legal and not so legal??

    That should be reported to his commanding officer.  I'm quite sure the Air Force would not approve!
