I just said that I am due in early September and that I was planning on taking advantage of the 12 weeks allowable by the FMLA. It is my intention to return to my position at the end of my leave....something like that. I felt like the more open-ended the better because it's hard to give an exact date when you don't know when/how you'll deliver.
