  • Wow...those pics are beautiful!!

I am so jealous.  I love the aquarium, but the closest one to us is 5 hours away!

  • I was thinking "wow those are photos even I would be happy with" Then I noticed who took them. Your such a great photographer. I really wish you lived closer...

  • looks like you had an amazing time! wish I had one of those where I live.
  • Thanks guys! I wish I'd had more time to take photos in the jelly area, but about 2 minutes after we got to that section like 50 people showed up out of no where and I couldn't keep an eye on sierra and take pictures (I took her by myself hehe). So we had to bail to a more mellow area. This place is about 45 minutes up the coast - I'm not sure why I took sooo long to decide to take her, now I bet I'll be there once a month :P

  • We went to the Monterey Bay Aquarium :) It's soo fun, I love their toddler section, she got to play quite a bit! Thanks :D
  • hey what did you use for the jellyfish pics?
  • really nice photos

  • I had my canon 40D with a tamron 28-75mm lens, unfortunately it was so dark I had to have my ISO hiked up to 1600, but the settings were: f/2.8 and ss 1/80 - had to hold pretty still and catch them at just the right moment to avoid blur at such a low SS... I'm addicted to jelly pics though ^_^
