Has anyone taken Yaz for pmdd?

I think it's Yaz, anyway. I plan on going on something after the next baby b/c my pms has been getting worse and worse with each cycle. I wasn't even this pissy and moody and bitchy while pg.

So basically, I want to know if it helped the bitchies. I am already on an antidepressant. Unfortunately the hormones are pointy and laughing at it.

On an aside, I had a 26 day cycle this month. WTF is up with that noise? Bullsh!t, I say.

    I did take Yaz, but not for pmdd. All I can say is that it didn't help my cramps that much, and I gained ten pounds.

    I took Yaz for 6 months not for pmdd (switched from Yasmin). First 3 months everything was peachy keen less cramps, no mood swings, short periods. The last 3 months were crazy. I had crazy mood swings and I mean crazy....cursing my DH (BF at the time) out for something minor then crying hysterically for 30 minutes. Needless to say I'm not a fan.

    I was on Yaz and it gave me horrible headaches. I have heard good things on here about it helping PMDD though...

    I'm currently finishing up Yaz in the next month or so. I didn't take it for pmdd, but I have to say it has done little for my cramps. This week in particular has been AWFUL.  But it might work better for others than it has for me. It did shorten the time I had my period, so that's good.

    I gained about 10lbs, and had heart palpitaions and chest paid... a coworker of mine almost died taking it.  I would suggesting trying something else first.
