so something smelled like it was burning in the house but rather then get up and help me look to see where the smell was coming from dh just keeps playing his video game.?

when i comment on how maybe he could help me look he gets all pissy. after we looked and couldn't smell the smell anymore, i told him i thought the game was putting him in a bad mood (which is totally true, all i've heard all night is him yelling at the tv) and he tells me that i just need to grow up, that he's busy and not to bother him the next time.

wtf!!!!! i thought the house may be on fire.?

and now when i should be sleeping i'm sitting here super pissed. see if i wish him a happy birthday at midnight.

    Anyone else note the irony in the "too busy playing my video game to see if my house is on fire" guy telling his wife to grow up?

    I play video games, but come on.  I second the "accidental" trip.

    Isn't it ridiculous that they get so worked up over games but will never admit it? DH was on the computer today when suddenly he goes "F*CK!" I thought he'd gotten really bad news in an email or something. Nope. He messed up while playing Ken Ken.

    oh i was SO pissed at FI one time so I uninstalled world of warcraft from his pc. took 6 hours to re-install. eat sh*t! lol
