I posted last week asking how to make yogurt. It turned out great.
DS has a milk allergy, so I thought I would try homemade dairy-free yogurt. I found a recipe online which basically used the same recipe as regular yogurt, but with coconut milk and a probiotic powder.
Well I have a batch made with coconut milk and one made with rice milk in the oven - they've been warmingfor nearly 6 hours and they haven't thickened at all.
Anyone have a recipe that works?
ETA - he's also allergic to soy (and a list of other things)

Lots of rave reviews about this on EFF.
