Daycare Havertown/ Newtown Square

Hi, I am new to the bump- Can anyone suggest a good daycare that may have openings for Jan. 2010 in Broomall, Newtown Square or Havertown? I just started calling around and was blown away that some daycares are booked up until next fall!!!

    I called Chesterbrook Academy( Broomall) and they have a waiting period until April for infants and The malvern Schhol (Newtown Sq.) said they weren't sure if they have a waiting period or not.

    Hi, I know it's crazy! I am on both waiting lists but they can not guarantee that they will have an openning for Jan. when I need. So stressful!

    How did you get on a waiting list?  Did you have to put a deposit down?  Did you look at the place then got on the waiting list?

    You have to put a nonrefundable deposit down to get on the waiting list! Which kind of stinks b/c they can't even guarantee a spot- but I am really hoping one of them will have a spot for our little bean!
