Update to "pain on the right side only"

Hi everyone!!! I posted last week because I was worried sick and had myself convinced this was an ectopic pregnancy.  I had an ultrasound done last Friday and everything is perfect so far! The pains I kept having on the right side was a cyst on my ovary.  Just what you all told me it probably was!!! So for those of you that are always worried about stuff like me, it ended up being perfectly normal.  I was SO relieved!!!!  Now I just have to wait 3 more weeks to have my 8 week ultrasound.  Last time I was pregnant and had an 8 week ultrasound there was no heartbeat.  So I am praying this pregnancy will turn out different!

    I had a similar situation (no heatbeat w previous pregnancy) but this time around we have heard it and seen it! But I know what kind of a wreck it makes you waiting!
