S/O Diaper Champ users...

How often do you empty your champ?

I have one and we used it once, then I couldn't deal with the smell emptying it and DH almost puked in it from the smell.

    we empty ours every 4-5 days

    We empty ours every few days.

    This is why we have our oldest son change it. We are cruel parents like that.

    I empty it about every 4 days or so, when I change it i spray the inside with lysol.

    We use a tiny metal trash can that has the foot pedal to open it, but it only holds 5 or so diapers, so it is emptied everyday...and THAT still stinks something terrible!

    We empty ours once or twice a week.  This is DH's job and he does make a big deal about how bad it smells.  Everytime we change it I lysol it (a lot) and leave it open for a few hours so that it can air out.  I think it helps.  I think this weekend I am going to clean it with Clorox and let it dry in the sun.  Hopefully that will kill the lingering stinkiness.

    We change ours every 2 to 3 days. Sometimes the smell is just waaay to overwhelming. But someone suggested scented bags, I am totally going to try that!
