Is this appropriate on the board?

Hypothetically:

Someone on the board (this board) is hoping for something good.  There is no post from the person.  Do you page the person or wait for them to post for fear that the good thing didn't happen and then making the person feel worse than they already do?

TTC #2 for a million years: SA normal, CD 23 bloodwork shows nothing amiss, ovulation detected. Next step: ? maybe CD3 bloodwork to check eggs? All out of pocket, so limited IF tests/treatments.

  • You could always PM them and page with a YGPM post.

  • ?an you hypothetically email the person?
  • I voted for page becasue I assume that you know the thing they are waiting for based on what they've posted in the past, there by making it a "public" conversation already.  But a YGM page would be more appropriate, probably so they don't feel bad, if there is anything to feel bad about.

  • I would PM or email them as PPs suggested.

I wonder if you're talking about the same person I am wondering about....

  • I think if it is something they have mentioned on here page them.  If it was personal, through email, I would email.

  • I too think I know to whom you are refering and I too am wondering!

Good question, since it's such a touchy subject.  :)
