Jack is here!

Jack Owen was born at 12:02 am this morning via csection after 26 hours of labor. My water broke at 10 on Tuesday evening and even after being on pitocin for ten hours, I didn't progress past 4.5cm dilated. Turns out he was sunny side up (facing front instead of back). He was 8lbs 10oz and was 21 inches long - bigger than we were expecting. He's got my nose for sure and a full head of hair. I'm not feeling too bad. I just got out of bed for the first time and was able to wash up. Much better than I thought I would be twelve hours later. I think the dr is only going to keep me till Sunday (ya!) so I'll post some pictures and more details then.
