My sil is brilliant! re: my milk problem...

I don;t know why I didn't think of it, but she suggested using some of the milk during tomorrow's feedings and pumping to put in the freezer....duh!  I grabbed all of the bags out of the trash where they were still partially frozen, thawed them in the sink, and dumped them into a pitcher.  Now I just need to find out how long thawed milk is good for!

    If my memory doesn't fail me, I think defrosted milk at fridge temp, in the fridge, is good for 24 hours.

    Great idea! You may still want to latch the baby after each pumping session since that will stimulate more milk production than pumping alone!
