Why I hate the 4th of July

First of all, we are pathetic losers who don't have any friends so no cookouts for us.  Second, I HATE fireworks, especially the ones you can buy in a tent and set off in your house.  They are going off right outside Liev's room and if he wakes up he's going to freak out.

I live in a very quiet neighborhood and rarely see any one around but today the wackos came out to play.

Back to my Maggie packet soup.

    I'm glad we're not the only pathetic losers that have no friends!  We spent all day at home and then went to dinner at Ruby Tuesday's at 4:30.  Woo hoo!

    It's been raining all day here so far I haven't heard any fireworks tonight.  Though I know they are probably coming because it's not all the way dark yet.  The good thing is they can't be set off in the apartment complex, only in neighboring houses.  Thankfully DD's room backs up to the woods not the neighboring houses.
