I'll admit, I cringed everytime I saw that ad in the back of PG magazines showing a woman working with a breast pump strapped to her body. Now, it seems like a damn good idea! Just curious if anyone has tried it. I'm wondering if there is an attachable belt thingy that would work with my Medela so I don't have to sit here holding it and typing with one hand!
Re: Anyone have the strap on breast pump??
I wore nursing bras that you have the little snap that comes off to nurse. Anyway--I would put the pump in and then snap it back on and that worked.
I know several woman that buy a cheapo sports bra and cut two little holes in and then stick the pump through that and it works fabulous for them.
I don't think I have actually since the full on strap thing before but then again I am pretty cheap and my way works fine.
Is this what you're talking about?

I have one, and have found it incredibly useful.
:-)
One of my friends recommended this, said it was great. You can get them at Special Addition.
This is what I did. I had two old cotton, non-wire bras and just cut holes for the flanges. Worked like a charm and cost $0.
I have this and i LOVE it! it's great that it doesn't have to go over your head like a sports bra, it just wraps around whatever you are wearing. I use it everyday at work and i'm completely hands free to be on the computer etc. i also can, and do, hand compressions with it on.
