switched to G Diapers!

Hi! I'm Nancy. I lurk off and on. I'm very interested but I'm not the "hippy" I want to be so I rarely speak up. I want to share though because I'm so excited...

My husband and I have wanted to do something other than disposables but we really didn't think we'd do well enough with cloth diapers. We went to Whole Foods (in a different town-as we don't have one) and found G Diapers. We totally impulse bought them. We've been using them for almost a week and we love them! Our son is already 2 so we're thinking they might help when we start potty training. They look more like underwear and I'm guessing that will help with potty training. I'm just happy that we found something that fits our crazy lifestyle that's a little better for our environment. It's not perfect but it helps. 

We found diapers.com to be the cheapest place to buy them online. We're going to have to order since our town doesn't have a Whole Foods (or anything else for that matter) that sells them. Does anyone know of anywhere cheaper?

    Exciting!  It's always fun to make a green step and find that it works well for you and the environment huh?  I've never purchased G diapers, I do know that I've seen them sometimes gently used (the covers and some unused inserts of course) on spots corner at hyenacart.com 

    Otherwise I'm thinking diapers.com may be your best bet.  Have you looked on Ebay and Amazon?  The only other places I can think of that might beat their deal.

    Fun! :)  I've never bought any, but you can get them used several places if you really want them cheap.  Our local resale baby shop even has them pretty consistently.  If you haven't ordered from diapers.com before - there's that intro offer as well - I think it saves you $10?  You have to have someone's code, I believe, but I'm sure someone will share! :)  Glad you found something that works for you!  :)
