  I have an ERGO and hotsling.  Ergo is better for when they are a few months old.  I love mine!

  I really love my Moby.  You absolutely can do it with a live baby!  We started using it when DD was 4 weeks old. 
  I have a pouch sling as well, but I really don't like that.
  I have heard really great things about the Ergo.

  I don't have the ergo or beco but I know someone who has the beco & loves it. I do have a moby & think it's awesome. It's a little intimidating at first but with a little practice it's really easy. My daughter loves it & it's really comfy.

  I got the Ergo a few weeks ago. DS loves it and DH and I can both wear it. I had a peanut shell sling but it hurt my back after wearing it for 10 min, the Ergo doesn't make my back hurt at all.
