Moving back home to Texas!

Hey girls! I wanted to introduce myself to you since we will be back in the North Dallas area on Aug 1. DH and I are originally from there and have been living in Denver for the past two years. I am going to miss my Denver nestie girls a bunch and was wondering if ya'll ever got together for playdates and nights out. I would love to meet up with you guys once we are there. Hopefully we can find a house quickly... DH is going there for a few days this weekend to look. We are so excited!

Oh that is neat you guys are moving up here... you will love it! There is SO much stuff to do here, you will never be bored. If you want to just do some sightseeing and not go too far, I suggest either Estes Park, where you can walk around downtown, see the elk, or drive through Rocky Mountain national park. Red Rocks is also a really neat place to visit that is close. Down in Colorado Springs (about a 45 min drive) is the Garden of the Gods, where you could walk around some beautiful scenery and see Pikes Peak. Boulder is also a neat place to walk around. Gosh, just drive west on I 70 and take in all the mountains and trees, it is absolutely beautiful. If you make it to Idaho Springs, you can stop at Beau Jos and get a mountain pie (pizza). If you make it to Vail, they have lots of shopping and restaurants there too. The cherry creek arts festival is going on this weekend as well if you wanted to stay in the city and watch fireworks. I could seriously list about 100 more things. We still have a lot we need to see before we leave!
The Denver nestie girls are all so nice and fun as well. We have playdates and get togethers all the time. We are all going out for girls night next Friday downtown. I don't get on the Colorado board much, but we have a google groups that MexicoBride has set up and it works great. You just post one email and it sends it to all the girls in the group. Let me know if you want her to add you and I will tell her!
