recommend your white noise machine please

My ds apparently needs one of these (well...my dh and I really need one for our son!) b/c he will often only quite down if we run the vacuum or clothes dryer. Which white noise machine would you recommend?

The SoundSpa is very popular around here. It has an ocean sound, rain, heartbeat and it also does a lullabye. Along with the sounds it has a great little projector that puts pictures on the wall or ceiling.

you can download a white noise track from itunes for 99 cents, and put it on repeat if you have an ipod & speakers. that's all we do and it's worked for 6 months!

I got a really good one from Brookstone in the mall. Bed Bath & Beyond also has a great one!
