Aiden got his first BAD haircut :(
We've gone back to our stand by kids haircut place because they are a better price (although we still recommend Kids N teens--love her!). They always tend to split the boys up and Aiden ended up with the older stylist...and with that came his first baaaaaaaad haircut. I guess the woman who cut Sean's hair asked DH which of them cut their hair last and made a face when he told her. We told her we wanted them to have the same haircut...but it didn't matter. It just got shorter and shorter and poor guy. They did say to call them in a week if we're still unsatisfied. I'm just bummed.

I hope it grows out quickly! Caden has had a couple haircuts that I wasn't happy with, but luckily with boys- they do seem to grow out quickly.
Did you mean the person that gave a look was a co-worker of Aiden's haircutter? I am surprised she would do that... the "stylist" be pretty bad!
as much as it sucks right now, I'd encourage you to go get your camera and document it. You'll be able to look back at it and laugh. The best part? It will remind you to AVOID the stylist Aiden saw!

Yea the woman who cut Sean's hair gave DH the impression that the older stylist just isn't that great.
It's basically a crew cut...and it so doesn't look that great on him. Blech.
I'm sure I'll document it later, but it's just not as cute as his previous cuts. I think they are thinking they can 'fix' it in a week. I don't know how unless they shave his head completely and that's not going to happen! We do know now to ask for the other girls' instead (had DH write their names on the frequent buyer card).
In any case, of the dozen haircuts or so we've gotten this is the first bad one. I should've gone to our super fab lady but I kept seeing emails and hearing from other mommies that usually go to her that she was on vacay and didn't know when she'd be back. I wanted a haircut before the next week and I guess I get what I pay for.
Oh, that sucks. We're going to Daniela on the 10th right before we leave for vacation. She called me on Monday to schedule it and she had just gotten back from vacation.
Hopefully it won't take too long for Aiden's hair to grow back out.
I guess it's a good thing we didn't decide to try to take Christian somewhere cheaper. I'm afraid of what they'd do to his curls.

Yea, I just know now who to ask for at this other place...next time if Daniela can get us in on short notice, we'll be going back.. besides I miss her and how she is with the boys.
At least he is to young to remember it.
Very unprofessional of the one lady to make a face. And I don't see what can be done in a week. (I am a hairdresser) and a week doesnt given any time for hair growth. Call them back in a week anyways to see what they can do.. did you get your money back?? At least they should be able to do that if they didn't already.
OH no. poor guy.
(and now I am scared to death over D, cause I WILL cry if they kill his curls.)
Yea Ms. Karen that is where we are going to go... I heard she is good with mix race too, here is hoping.
