Just a quick question. We're having a girl in October and her name will be Peyton Olivia. I've heard people say that the girl spelling is "Payton" but I'm not a big fan of that spelling. Peyton can be used for a girl too, right?
I like Peyton better OR I I have a friend who wanted to make it look more feminine and spelled it Paityn for her little girl which I LOVE but not everyone does! Just a suggestion!
We had a baby born at the hospital a while back and her name was Peightyn, yup another "unique" spelling. Now I think that is worst spelling I've seen.

Re: Spelling of Peyton
My oldest sons middle name is Peyton. I prefer it spelled this way for a boy or girl.
And we had someone tell us just the opposite. Her son was named Payton and she told me I was spelling it wrong by using the "e".
I think Peyton looks better than Payton.

same
She wasn't asking opinions on the name, just the spelling.
I think you should use the "e" in the name.
