after feeling totally useless around the house and not accomplishing more than washing baby clothes and cleaning, I decided to assemble the bassinet. It was no picnic, but it's done and its really cute. And yes, my living room looks like a bomb went off in babies r us. My cat helped.....

that is exactly what he is thinking. if you look in the background you will see the car seat sitting there with gift bags stuffed into it. I had to do that b/c they (20 pound cats) were trying to squeeze themselves into the 4-11 pound newborn insert for naps!

Good job! That's what I have on my list today....to put all the stuff together while DH is at work. I put together the bouncer last night, today I'm putting together the swing and pnp.

Congrats! Really sweet! My dining room should get together with your living room. They can have a party with my LO's room - the master carpenter just left after demolishing it to ge some carpentry supplies. I'm living in Beriut right now! Not great for the stress level of an admitted neat freak.
