What does all the info under our avatars mean? What are the points? How many posts until you're not considered a newbie anymore?  What's the blue icon that looks like one of those bubbles in cartoons when people are saying something?

    The points are awarded according to how many posts you have and post ratings I believe.

    Post #501 puts you past newbie status.

    The little line of squares - they get filled in as you reach the top percentage of posters.
