Middle Name for Elizabeth?

I can't think of anything besides: Ann, Marie, and stuff like that.?

My boyfriend's papaw's middle name is Francis, Francis is also my Great grandfather's name so we are willing to consider it. ?We also though of Caroline bc it is his grandmothers name.?

Any other suggestions? Are those names awful??

    My great, great aunt's name was Elizabeth Jane - which I love. ?Elizabeth is on our final four list of names and, if we use it (actually, no matter which first name we choose), we will use Maria as a middle name. ?I don't love it, but it's MIL's name and we are making a compromise on a family tradition.

    I actually like Caroline or Frances, but spelled Frances. Francis is the male version.

    I adore the name Caroline. Elizabeth Caroline sounds fantastic. I love Elizabeth btw!

    my first thought was Elizabeth Jane (i know a little girl named betsy jane)  but i also love Frances (francis) and think that would go well also.

    I love the name Frances and I think Elizabeth Frances sounds great together.

    Funny - Elizabeth Ann is one we're considering if/when we get pregnant (combines my and my mom's middle names).

    I think what's great about Elizabeth is that is can go with so many things...depending on your last name.

    I do like Elizabeth Ann.

    How creative do you want to be? Do you want to pair a classic name with it?
