It has been a long struggle since the last time I wrote on this board. I began to spot on Sunday June 28th, very lightly and now with great sadness, I share with you that I miscarried this afternoon. And at this very moment, I am in
EXTREME pain. I went to the emergency room last night and they told me that any day I would feel TERRIBLE PAINFUL cramps. The doctor suggested that I take Motrin for the pain. I have been going through soooo many feminine pads; even doubling down on it. My period has been so heavy and very clotting. I passed the sac this afternoon and its very very painful. I have an appointment set for July 9th with a very good OBGYN. Of course this is still hard to bear and I am very sad. I hope that after I see my Obgyn I can be able to try again soon.

Re: UPDATE: Blighted Ovum....need help!
IF YOU ARE GOING THROUGH A PAD AN HOUR GO BACK TO THE ER!
I am sorry for your loss.
i'm so sorry you're going through this. and i have to say, i am not so impressed by your ER doc. yes, motrin can help, but i know for me taking too much of it makes me sick to my fricking stomach. and i agree with red, they really should have looked after you more if you are bleeding that bad.
this is hard enough for you. you do not need to be in excess pain. if you are, call your doctor and tell him or her the motrin is just not cutting it. if you're not up for doing it, get your husband to do it. if he wont do it, let me know and i'll do it-- i'm from jersey, too, i'll kick some @ss if i have to.
i hope you feel better soon.
