Your actual milk doesn't come in until your baby is born and you start nursing. The clostrum (spelling?) may or may not leak it's different with everyone and every pg. This time mine's not leaking "evenly" last time I had gushers.
I never leaked before I had DS but when I nursed him, I always had more milk on my right side than my left.

Yup, one side is usually an under-producer. When you start BF, you will want to start baby on the under-producing side every time to keep the supply up on that side.
