Prenatal Water Aerobics?

My friend is taking prenatal water aerobic classes and loves them. Does anyone know if we have them around here? Preferably in the Fort Worth area?

    I know in bedford there is a place, I believe the aquatic center. Yoi can check most family friendly pool places (that offer swim lessons) and most may offer it. I have a city brochure so ill look for it tomorrow and page you! I LOVED it and it really helped a lot with the back pain. Congrats on the pregnancy!

    I am taking a water aerobics class through the City of Grand Prairie.  It is not considered a prenatal but the instructors gave me some tips on what I should and should not do.  You may get on your city's website and see if they offer anything.
