But it took me awhile because they kep mentioning a doc named Rick (with a D) Read so his name was Grantly (d)ick-read..I kept laughing. But I think this might be what works for me...
I am reading the book..or a book at least. But TOny will do way better with a video or something like that...or even just scripts to practice with me. Any idea where to look without getting the full at home 150 dollar kit???

Re: I think I am digging HypnoBirthing and question
I'm not sure this is helpful at all...but I just read this birth story by a couple who did hypnobirthing and I was completely in awe and inspired and interested to check it out for myself (for someday). Thought I'd share since it was so inspiring to me: https://sewliberated.typepad.com/sew_liberated/2009/06/finnians-birth-story-mothers-day-2009.html
Hopefully you'll get some actual help now...
A you looking for a class via video for him or just some vids to get him interested?

There aren't any commercial instruction vids that I'm aware of. The Hypnobabies home course on CD is a really good one with scripts that I really liked. Personally, I think it's worth it, especially if you don't have time to do an in person class.
There are some breathing and relaxation lessons and scripts on youbtube.
