holy baby acne, batman!

Whoa - in 48 hours Maeve went from flawless angel to teenager on a bathing boycott! I know it's normal, but is there anything we can do or should I just let it be?

    My mom always told me to never mess with them.  I guess she had done that to me and now I have a couple of little wholes or big pores or what have you on my cheek bone..

    Thanks - I feel better waiting it out. My parents have been visiting, and my father is very concerned. He comments about it all day. It was making me feel bad!

    My DD was born Nov. 28th and her "rosiola" as they call it came 2 days before Christmas. So her poor face broke out for all of her adorable first Christmas pictures we wanted to take! As everyone else has said, it comes and goes quickly. Then you get cradle cap and all that good stuff!

    I wiped LOs face with a wash cloth and warm water every morning (same as I do for my face) just to get all the drool and goo off. That was it...his baby acne was bad for a few weeks and then he was back to beautiful baby skin.
