Bikini

I wore my bikini over the weekend just to get a little sun. It was a bit scary.  I was at my parents in their backyard.  My mom acted like i was exposing myself.  It was funny.  I bought a mat tankini to wear too, but this was more fun!

    I still wear mine in public....it is not like I am falling out of either piece.  My mom has made several comments like I am crazy to do so but why waste the money on a suit that I will rarely wear.  If you have a beautiful belly you should show it:)

    Glad to hear of another mama who embraced the bumpini!  I tried on some tankinis but they actually made me feel more huge with all the fabric hanging off me like a tablecloth.  Your mom is just from a different generation and is probably more modest.  I say do what feels fun and makes you happy!
