in 2nd Trimester

Im just over 13 weeks and at my last obgyn appt. they didnt order any blood work.....So the only blood I have had drawn was at 8 weeks.  Anyone else not having blood taken or know when they will do that?

    Next appointment they'll probably give you the info for the genetics bloodwork.

    I think it depends on what you want done.  If you are not doing any of the genetics blood tests then they may have gotten everything they needed at your 8 week appointment.  I have not had blood work done at every appointment.  just a few of them.

    Bloodwork isn't necessary for routine OB appts. I had blood drawn at my initial appointment (at 7 weeks) and will again next week (18 weeks) for the AFP screening.  But that's it.

    I do every other appt mainly for thyroid but that is an issue for me.

    They check my urine every time for protein and other fun stuff.

    I just got BW done at about 9 weeks and then some more BW for my NT scan, but that is all.

    I only had bloodwork done at my first appointment. ?They'll do it again for the GD tests. ?That's all for me

    They did bloodwork at my first appointment and then yesterday at my 16w appointment for QUAD testing.

    I haven't had blood drawn since my 7 week appointment. I opted to not do the genetic screening so I won't have any blood drawn until my glucose test.
