Lupron & IUI?

Were any of you on lupron & Follistim for an iui?? I've never been on this before as I thought it was only for ivf?? my new RE is putting me on this. If you were, were there more u/s done? Thanks!!

    I did lupron, follistim, and ovidrel. It worked for me! They initially had me on 20 units of lupron, but I begged them to decrease it to 10 units b/c I was having such horrible headaches. I stimmed for one week and then had u/s about every other day until it was time to trigger. The lupron dosage was decreased once I started stimming. Using lupron doesn't seem like the most common protocol on the boards, but it does make sense that it allows the RE to manipulate your ovaries and control timing better. GL!!!
