My CD23 Progesterone level was kind of high...

It was 19.2

Fertilityplus.org mentioned a level of 5 indicates some kind of ovulatory activity, though most doctors want to see a level over 10 on unmedicated cycles, and over 15 with medications and average is about 20 at 4 weeks LMP.  I'm not on any medications and I'm only 7DPO - I won't be testing until next week.

Mine was high last cycle, too.  It was about 30 (I'm not exaggerating).  We were avoiding so it wasn't that I was pregnant.  My NP told me that they typically see that high a level in pregnancy.  She asked the fertility specialist on her team and he or she said that it indicates good healthy ovulation (or something like that).  I googled like crazy to see if there is something wrong with having high levels, and I couldn't find anything too serious.  So, 19.2 sounds like a good strong number.  I hope it means you're pregnant, but it doesn't necessarily mean that.  GL!
