sore breast
My left breast is so sore & when LO gets on it feels like me nipple is being ripped off!! But once he gets started it's less painful and just tender. I've checked his latch a bunch of times and as far as I can tell he;s latching on correctly. Any ideas what the problem is?

Sounds like it might be a plug. Soy Lecithin granules 3400-4800mg a day (broken up in equal doses), a warm moist compress before you nurse, and trying to start on that breast until the plug is dislodged should help.
