maybe I'm crazy to even wonder but is it ok if I pump by DH' s bedside in the ER??

if you are worried about your privacy, let the nurses know and they might try to keep unnecessary interruptions to a minimum. Alternatively, pump in the bathroom or the car and you will certainly have more privacy. DH can always call you on your cell phone.
