6-7 dpo -- I told her I couldn't be 100% sure b/c I don't chart, only use OPKs, and she said the 1 day difference wouldn't be a big deal and that their standard rule of thumb is to have you come in one week after getting a positive OPK (which sounds to me like there's a chance they could check some people at 5dpo)
