Pelvic aches & pains at 23 wks??

My doctor doesn't seem to be worried, but it always makes me less nervous when I hear other ladies are going through the same thing I am.  Do any of you regularly have tenderness or achiness in your lower uterus/pelvic area.  Not quite cramping, def. not gas or round ligament pain.  Just achiness that lasts for maybe a half hour or so then goes away and comes back?  Just wondering.  Thanks.

    yup i have aches and pains in my lower right abdomen but ive had it all throughout my pregnancy so my dr isnt too worried.

    well i'm not 23 weeks, but I am 20 tomorrow and I have had similar pains to what you're describing for a few weeks now. doc says it's just everything stretching to be where it needs to be so i'm not worried

    Yes, everytime I stand up today I feel pressure down there.  I feel swollen and achey mixed with some BH's.  I already broke my pregnancy related resolution!  oh well!

    is it after you pee or around the time (as if you arent always peeing, right?)

     

    I had this... turned out it was a bladder infection

    I have had a few exceptionally achy days in the last few weeks... and am almost 24 weeks.  The rest of the time, yes, I feel some general "heaviness" (obviously!  but still uncomfortable) in my lower abdomen and my back and hips are killin!  Scheduled another prenatal massage for Friday - thank goodness for those!!!
