  From what I have read, I guess that she and MB have struggled for years to have another baby.  They finally decided upon a surrogate as an option and I think it was only disclosed in the news like maybe 2 months ago?  Interestingly, the surrogate is from OH.  I guess that really isn't a surprise since SJP is originally from OH too.
