Please decide my evening for me!
I'm experiencing severe a inability to make a decision right now. My mom's cousins are visiting my Grandma from out of town. They want DH and I to come and visit tonight..................
I met them a couple times as a child. I really don't want to drive an hour to have small talk with people I'm somehow related to that I don't even know. I want to go home from work and go for a walk and relax with DH.
It's ridiculous I am even contemplating opting out for a fake reason (headache? not feeling well?) .......
Please justify my idea, or tell me to suck it up! TIA!!

I think life would be so efficient if all decisions came with little radio buttons next to them.
I feel bad for not wanting to go, but like you said - it's when you feel obligated to go instead of wanting to go that makes it difficult.
I'm really really loving my fellow Bumpies for answering to stay home and relax!!!

PG is the perfect excuse to stay home. It's perfectly acceptable to say "I am just exhausted and really need a night to rest and relax at home".
The road goes both ways. If they wanted to see you, they could come to your house.
