Anyone use Simply Sleep instead of Tylenol PM?

My doctor told me to use Tylenol PM and we have Simply Sleep in the house.  It is by the makers of Tylenol and is basically Tylenol PM without hte Tylenol.  Just curious if it worked for you.  Last night was horrible!

    I have used it, and it works great. It took about an hour to kick in, but I slept for almost seven hours straight thereafter. Without a potty break!

    i love that stuff! If i don't have a headache or anything, i use that instead of tylenol pm.

    It's the same as benadryl.  Tylenol PM is tylenol with benadryl.

    What???? No potty break?!?!? That would be heaven for me! I think I get up every 2-2 1/2 hours and it sucks....MAJORILY!!

    I didn't know you could take a sleep aid?  I had asked my MW this back in 2nd tri and was told not to take anything, but she is pretty conservative.

    Yes. Tylenol PM makes me feel like I have a hangover in the morning.

    Unisom, which I've been using, is also the same as benadryl - works very well!
